Public lecture “Heritage of Rab: New Insights”
As a part of the dissemination process and with the generous help of the Rab Public Education Institution (Pučko otvoreno učilište), the public lecture was held in the Rab Winter Cinema hall on September 30th, 2020. The lecture was held by 4 university professors and the project’s participants: Miljenko Jurković (University of Zagreb), Neven Budak (University of Zagreb), Marijan Bradanović (University of Rijeka) and Predrag Marković (University of Zagreb) and gathered a large number of people, both experts and non-professionals, interested in the topics of the research of the past and the protection of cultural heritage. The lecture was particularly significant because it included the latest findings of the cultural heritage of Rab, obtained through the fieldwork conducted by the project’s participants.
