As part of our project, a workshop “Virtual Heritage. Virtual Landscape” took place from June 2nd – 6th, 2020. on the island of Rab. The emphasis was put on the contemporary methods of historic landscape research, the spatial contextualization of heritage sites and related problems. The workshop included field trips to the site of St. Cosmas and Damian, a late antique fortress, monastery of St. Peter in Supetarska Draga, church of St. Barbat, and the archaeological site near the Gožinka cove. The participants had practicum in the classroom that was based on the data collected on the field, such as work with Digital elevation models (DEM) in QGis software and with 3D documentation of sculpture in lapidarium of Rab. Lecturers in the workshop were collaborators of GLOHUM project: Miljenko Jurković, Neven Budak, Marijan Bradanović, Ivor Kranjec, Palmira Krleža and Filip Lovrić, as well as guest lecturers Joan Pinar Gil, Michelle Beghelli, Ranko Starac and Dušan Mlacović.
